HOW TO FIND INFORMED HEALTH
The clinic is located at 1 Lemko Place, Penrith,
Front entrance of clinic
(close to Castlereagh Road on the north side of Penrith).
Turn off Castlereagh Road on to Jack Williams Drive or Lugard Street. Lemko Place runs off Borec Road.
1 Lemko Place is on the corner of Borec Road and Lemko Place.
There is plenty of parking in the parking lot (entrance on Lemko Pl) and on the street. We share this lovely house with some other businesses, you will find us if you go to the main entrance in the main building close to the car park.
