Fiona Kane and Rebecca Varcoe
Fiona is a Nutritionist, Holistic Counsellor and Transformational Life Coach. Rebecca is a Nutritionist and Healthy Food Expert. Together they operate Informed Health Nutritional Wellbeing. They live and breathe all things Nutrition. They connect with their community by regularly speaking about health and nutrition on the radio and in workplaces, gyms, schools and more.
Their approach to their client needs is unique. They firmly believe that the body and mind work together and that the best outcomes for patients can be achieved by focusing on this connection in the programs they offer.
Fiona and Rebecca have travelled the path from uncertainty to good health themselves. They understand the type of journey you are about to embark upon and will assist you to achieve your desired outcomes in a caring and professional manner.

When does the program start and finish?
Whenever you like, you choose the starting date and time.
The program begins as soon as you enrol. It is a completely self-paced online course – you decide when you start and when you finish. Week 1 resources will be available immediately, each other week’s resources unlock individually every seven days from when you enrolled.
How long do I have access to the program?
Six months from the date of enrolment.
What will I receive when I enrol?
Once you sign up, you will receive the week 1 meal plan, recipes and shopping list. From the day you sign up, every 7 days you will get access to the following week’s meal plan. This includes 7 meal plans, 70+ recipes, informative videos and downloads, support on our private Facebook group and much more!
Is the program suitable for people with Coeliac Disease or Non-Coeliac Gluten Sensitivity?
Yes, our plans and recipes are all gluten free.
Is the program suitable for people with Lactose Intolerance or Dairy Sensitivity?
Yes, our plans and recipes are all dairy free or provide dairy/
How much support will I receive on the program?
This is a self-paced program that you do in your own time. You are welcome to email us with questions. If you have more complicated questions or needs we may recommend that you book a phone or Telehealth video consultation.
Is the program suitable for vegetarians?
Is there an exercise component to the program?
No, we are Nutritionists and not qualified to give exercise advice. We do recommend that you aim for 20 minutes of movement each day. You can choose whether that is walking, running, dancing, swimming, yoga, going to the gym or whatever movement you prefer.
Does this program cater for a Paleo or LCHF diet?
What if I have a health condition or other medical problems?
This program is suitable for most people, if you are unsure, check with us firstname.lastname@example.org or talk to your GP before signing up for the program.
What if I take medications?
This program is suitable for most medications. If you are on blood thinners you may need to check with your GP as it is not a good idea to add lots of greens to your diet if you are on medications like warfarin.
If you are on blood pressure medication or diabetes medication, you may need to see your doctor for a review throughout the program as this program may naturally lower your blood pressure and blood glucose levels therefore reducing your need for diabetes or blood pressure medications.
If you are on insulin, you definitely need to be supervised by your GP, you may also benefit from booking a Skype consultation with one of our Nutritionists. Insulin dependent diabetics need to be supervised to do this program as following this eating plan is likely to reduce your need for insulin which may put you at risk of experiencing hypos if you continue with same dosage of insulin. It is essential that you are checking your blood glucose levels several times a day to monitor your need for insulin.

Do I need to take supplements or protein powders?
You do not need to take supplements, however some of our smoothie recipes include a protein powder. We will advise you on the best brands. If you prefer not to use protein powders you can choose one of our other breakfast options.
Can I keep taking my supplements or protein shakes?
If you are choosing to use supplements including protein shakes it is recommended that you book a Skype consultation with one of our Nutritionists. We are qualified Nutritional Medicine Practitioners and we are experienced in safely and appropriately prescribing good quality nutritional supplements if they are required.
Is the program covered by Medicare?
Is the program covered by Health Funds?
Generally health funds don’t cover online nutritional programs or Skype Consultations. It is best to check directly with your health fund.
